The NH Monarch Festival draws attendees of all ages from across New Hampshire and beyond. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community while supporting monarch conservation.

Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10am to 5pm at Belmont Village, New Hampshire (location pending). Setup begins at 8am.

Artisans, crafters, food vendors, nonprofits, conservation organizations, and businesses whose products or mission align with our nature-focused community event.

All applications are reviewed by our team. You will be contacted at the email you provide with confirmation or follow-up questions within a few weeks of applying.

Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 14th Annual NH Monarch Festival! By completing this form, you agree to:

  • ◆ Adhere to all local and federal health codes (if applicable)
  • ◆ Abide by all festival rules and regulations
  • ◆ Maintain a professional appearance (no offensive or inappropriate apparel) and demeanor
  • ◆ Align your products/services with the NHMF's conservation mission
  • ◆ Release the NHMF's organizers from liability for damage, theft, or loss of merchandise
  • ◆ Follow the festival schedule
  • ◆ Staff your booth for the entire event
  • ◆ Clean up your booth and area after the event (leave no trace)

  5. In this file (vendors.html), find the <form> tag below and replace YOUR_FORMSPREE_ID in the action attribute with your actual endpoint.
  6. Delete this entire yellow notice box once setup is complete.
